Damien Matthew Bosco, Esq. has over twenty years experience in business, government and law. Mr. Bosco's experience includes providing legal counsel in Estate Planning, Estate Adminstration and Estate Litigation as well as Commercial Litigation and Corporate Law. Mr. Bosco has drafted Wills and related documents, including power of attorneys, health care proxies and Living Wills. He is knowledgeable of the trial process and arbitrations, writes motions, performs discovery, conducts oral arguments and has appellate and federal court experience.
Prior to practicing law, Damien Bosco was a credit analyst on Wall Street and served as an NASD (now FINRA) representative. Early in his career, Mr. Bosco worked at the Pentagon for the Department of Defense developing cost and software models for various weapons systems.

Damien Bosco graduated from Harvard University where he received a Masters of Public Administration degree in Business and Government. Mr. Bosco received his Jurist Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School where he was a Richardson Merit Scholar. Mr. Bosco also received a Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA where he concentrated in Industrial Management and Mathematics. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the Southern and Eastern District Courts of New York (Federal Courts).
