Damien Bosco, Esq. practices in the areas of Business law, Investment Management, Trademarks and Trusts & Estates. He helps form businesses, provides legal counsel for raising capital, drafts contracts and handles disputes.  As a New York registered investment adviser, he is familiar with the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and related securities laws with an emphasis on legal, regulatory and compliance issues for investment advisers and hedge funds.  He owns Bosco Capital Management, LLC.  He has expertise as a commercial litigator and experience as an estate litigator.  He also has experience representing clients in the securities industry and FINRA arbitrations.  He provides legal research and content for an on-line newsletter.

Prior to practicing law, Damien Bosco was a credit analyst  at Standard and Poor’s and worked as analyst for an asset management company and served as an NASD (now FINRA) representative. Early in his career, Mr. Bosco worked at the Pentagon for the Department of Defense developing cost and software models for various weapons systems.

Mr. Bosco is an attorney actively admitted in the states of New York and New Jersey (as well as Pennsylvania on inactive status).  He also is admitted to practice law in the United States Southern and Eastern District Courts of New York and the United States Tax Court.  Mr. Bosco also is a Registered Investment Adviser with the state of New York.

Damien Bosco graduated from Harvard University where he received a Masters of Public Administration degree in Business and Government. Mr. Bosco received his Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School where he was a Richardson Merit Scholar. Mr. Bosco also received a Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA where he concentrated in Industrial Management and Mathematics.
